Deadline Dates
DE appointments for the Spring 2027 opens on
Friday, September 4, 2026, and will close on
Friday, October 9, at 3:30 pm.
You have six weeks to complete your registration for Dual Enrollment.
SHS dates do not necessarily align with the college deadline dates. It is your responsibility to adhere to the earliest deadlines when submitting paperwork and
scheduling DE meetings. Counselors will not honor late meetings.
Students must complete the Dual Enrollment paperwork independently.
Dual Enrollment is similar to college, and you will be held to the
same standards as traditional college students.
Students must be passing all classes and attend school regularly to apply for
Dual Enrollment.

Monday, August 31, 2026
The documents (initial forms) found in Step #2 will open.
At that time, students will be able to complete the required forms.
Students will not be able to access these forms in advance.
Friday, September 4, 2026.
The first available meeting date to develop your Dual Enrollment Student Advisement Plan will be scheduled after you correctly submit your Dual Enrollment Student Acknowledgment Form. Once your form is submitted, the Dual Enrollment counselor will contact you with the date and time of your meeting. It is vital that you attend this meeting; missing it may affect your ability to participate in the program. Please ensure that your forms are submitted correctly.
Monday, October 5, 2026, at 3:30 pm
The deadline to submit your initial forms.
If you miss this deadline, a Friday meeting will not be offered. Please plan accordingly.
The initial forms include
1) the "CCSD Local School Agreement" and
2) the "DE Student Acknowledgment Form."
No late forms will be accepted.
These forms are located under Step #2.
Friday, October 9, 2026, at 3:30 pm
The final day to meet with the Dual Enrollment counselor to create your "Dual Enrollment Student Advisement Plan."
Please note that no emergency appointments are available; plan accordingly.
Sunday, November 1st, 2026 at 3:30 pm
This is the final date to submit your completed college schedule to the DE counselor.
Late submissions will not be accepted.
Please note that the Dual Enrollment Counselor will not reach out to you if your forms are blank or if you have missing information.
If you have submitted your forms correctly, you will receive an email with your Friday meeting date and time.
It is your responsibility to check your emails regularly.
