Deadline Dates

Dual Enrollment is currently closed for the upcoming spring (Jan-May) 2026 semester.

 

DE registration for the summer (June-July) and fall (Aug-Dec) of 2026 will open

Friday, January 23, 2026, and it will close Friday, March 27, 2026.

Save the dates for open registration for Dual Enrollment if you plan to participate in the summer or fall of 2026.


Friday, January 23, 2026.
      The first available meeting date to develop your Dual Enrollment Student Advisement Plan will be scheduled after you correctly submit your Dual Enrollment Student Acknowledgment Form. Once your form is submitted, the Dual Enrollment counselor will reach out to you with the date and time of your meeting. It is important that you attend this meeting, as missing it may negatively affect your ability to participate in the program. Please ensure that your forms are submitted correctly.



Monday, March 30, 2026 at 3:30 pm
     The deadline to submit your initial forms is Monday, March 30, 2026 at 3:30 pm.

If you miss this deadline, a Friday meeting will not be offered. Please plan accordingly.


     

     The initial forms include

1) the "CCSD Local School Agreement" and

   2) the "DE Student Acknowledgement Form."
     No late forms will be accepted. 

These forms are located under Step #3.

 

Friday, March 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm

      The final day to meet with the Dual Enrollment counselor to create your "Dual Enrollment Student Advisement Plan" is Friday, March 27, 2026 at 3:00 pm. Please note that there are no emergency appointments available, so plan accordingly.

 

Friday, May 1st, 2026 at 3:00 pm

     The final date to submit your completed college schedule to the DE counselor. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Students must contact the Dual Enrollment counselor to confirm that their forms have been

submitted correctly. Please note that the Dual Enrollment Counselor will not reach out to you. If you have questions or concerns about your submitted materials, it is your responsibility to ensure that your paperwork is completed correctly.
