Enrolling a New Student
Step 1: Cobb County now has online registration. Please go to the following link to begin the process: Online registration
Step 2: Once all of your paperwork has been reviewed by our registrar, Ms. Morales, she will contact you to discuss your student's start date. Please call the counseling department to speak with Ms. Morales about your start date if you have submitted your enrollment and all of the supporting documents.
Step 3: Once you have been contacted with your start date, the student will come to the counseling office on their first day to receive their schedule and other important information about Sprayberry.
**Students under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult when enrolling in school
Withdrawing a Student
Step 1: Withdraws must be done at the Counseling Office. The person who enrolled the student must be the person to also withdraws the student. Unless the student is 18 years of age or older, a photo ID must be provided.
Step 2: A withdrawal form will be generated by the Counseling Office and must be signed by the person withdrawing the student.
Step 3: Records will be released when Sprayberry HS Counseling Department receives a records request from the student’s new school.
What if my student has already enrolled in a new school? Records will be released when Sprayberry HS Counseling Department receives a records request from the student’s new school.
