Work Permits
**Only students 14 and 15 years old need to apply for a work permit**
Complete the following steps to obtain a work permit:
1. Click on the link below to access the Georgia Dept. of Labor Web site.
2. Part A should be completed by student, Part B should be completed by employer.
3. Bring the completed application to school secretary, Ms. Michelle Pace, in the SHS Front Office.
