Dual Enrollment meetings for the spring 2025 semester will begin
Friday, August 30th, 2024, and will end Friday, October 18th, 2024.

 

Each college has a different deadline for
their college paperwork. You are responsible for knowing the deadline dates for your college of interest. Additionally, you are responsible for  knowing the deadline dates for Sprayberry & Cobb County.

 

 

 

Please make a note of Cobb County's & Sprayberry's deadlines:

• Signed Cobb County Local School Agreement & Sprayberry's Dual Enrollment forms (initial forms)

  • due no later than Thursday, October 17, 2024. 

​

• Dual Enrollment Student Advisement meeting with Dr. White (on Fridays only)

  • the first appointment begins Friday, August 30, 2024

  • the last appointment to participate in spring 2025 classes is Friday, October 18, 2024

    • This is the meeting where we will develop your tentative DE schedule

• Signed Dual Enrollment Student Advisement form-

  • due November 1, 2024

    • This is the form we will complete together during our meeting. You and your parent must sign this form and submit it to Dr. White no later than November 1st.

    • You can email this to Dr. White or drop it off in person.

• Finalized college schedule-

  • due December 15, 2024

    • This is your college schedule with your class dates and times listed.

    • Your college schedule should be emailed to Dr. White at tammy.white@cobbk12.org.

    Please mark your calendars:

• August 30th, 2024- First Friday for DE meetings

• October 17, 2024- Last day to submit initial forms (Local School Agreement/Sprayberry Rules)

• October 18th, 2024- Last day to meet with Dr. White to develop your Dual Enrollment Student Advisement form

• November 1st, 2024- last day to submit your Dual Enrollment Student Advisement form 

• December 15th, 2024 - Last day to submit your college schedule to Dr. White, your schedule must include the dates and times of your college classes

The College Deadline dates do not align with the high school deadlines. Please reach out to your college of interest to determine those deadlines. You are required to meet both the college and the high school deadline dates.
