How to request a Transcript
Official Transcript Request Process:
1. Pay for the number of transcripts requesting.
Ways to Pay:
(1) Online via MyPaymentsPlus (MPP).
Under "Events & Activities" find "Official Transcripts".
**YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO ADD THE TRANSCRIPT(S) TO YOUR CART UNTIL ALL REQUIRED FIELDS ARE COMPLETE.
**BE SURE YOU MARK THE CORRECT TRANSCRIPT TYPE WHEN COMPLETING THE FORM. IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TRANSCRIPT BEING SENT TO THE COLLEGE, YOU NEED TO MARK IT AS “INITIAL”.
(2) Bring $2 (exact cash) for each transcript you’re requesting to Ms. Morales in the Counseling Office – Room 1122.
2. Go to SchooLinks.
Ways to Access:
(1) Clever ⟶ from your CCSD Device
or
(2) https://app.schoolinks.com/ ⟶ “Log in with Clever”
3. Ensure that the college appears on your SchooLinks College Application list.

NOTE: This step is satisfied if you have successfully connected your Common App account to SchooLinks.

If the college is not a Common App school, adding the college/university to your SchooLinks account will be needed.

UGA Transcript Submission Through GAfutures
The University of Georgia (UGA) has requested that all Georgia applicants submit their GAfutures transcript for admissions purposes. If you are a current senior applying to UGA, understand that your SHS counselor will take care of sending both your Common App School Report and high school transcript as well as your GAfutures transcript (after completing the necessary official transcript request procedures). Currently, the Cobb County School District has disabled the option for students to request and send their own transcripts through GAfutures.
When you see the question on the Common App for UGA asking if you will be sending your transcript through GAfutures, please select "Yes, I will send my transcript through GAfutures." You do NOT need to self-report your grades.
Unofficial Transcript REQUEST:

Seniors can view & download their unofficial transcript in SchooLinks.

Student --> Record Requests --> Download unofficial transcript

Underclassmen must stop by the counseling office (Room 1122) and make their request in person to Ms. Morales, Counseling Clerk.

A hard copy of an unofficial transcript is provided at no charge.

Former Students (Alumni)
How to request a Transcript
Records/Official Transcript:
All requests for records/official transcripts for recent graduates and former students (graduates/alumni) are requested online through the ScribOrder portal.
Go to: https://cobbga.scriborder.com/ to submit your request from the Cobb County School District Student Records office.
